In KS4 pupils follow a healthy lifestyles curriculum and are given four activities to choose from each half-term. A greater range of activities is offered including trampolining, table tennis, yoga, step aerobics, 5-a-side and handball.

The practical component is very high and pupils need to be fully committed to developing their skills and personal fitness levels. An outstanding kit and participation record is the key to success in both these courses.
